Please review our official Cash on Delivery (COD) regulations and advance deposit guidelines to ensure a smooth delivery process.

No Inspection Before Payment: Per strict terms and conditions of courier companies in Pakistan, riders are not allowed to let customers open packages before full cash payment.
Do Not Force Riders: Please do not pressure the delivery personnel to open the parcel prior to payment, as this violates national courier rules.
Post-Payment Rights: Your right to inspect, return, or exchange the item activates only after making the payment and acknowledging the delivery.

Orders Above Rs. 20,000: A fully refundable security deposit of Rs. 500 to Rs. 1,000 is required to process high-value orders.
Verification: Our team will contact you via WhatsApp to share the bank details for this deposit before shipping your parcel.

Notification: If you wish to return the package, notify us immediately after making the payment to the courier rider.
Return Shipping: You will need to ship the package back to our warehouse at your own expense for a return or exchange.
