Return & Exchange Procedure

At Choices Store, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of your purchase.

• Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused with all original tags attached.
• Exclusions: Stitched or altered suits are strictly not eligible for return or exchange.
• Stock Availability: Product exchanges depend entirely on stock availability at that moment.
• Shipping Cost: The buyer is responsible for paying all return courier charges.

To return or exchange your item(s), please follow these steps:

1. Snap a Photo: Take a clear picture of the defective or problematic part of the item.
2. Repack: Pack the item securely back into its original packaging.

   with the picture, stating whether you want a return or an exchange.
4. Ship Back: We will reply with our warehouse address. Go to your local courier service to send the package back to us.

• Processing Time: Once we receive your package and you provide your payout details, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• Bank Transfers: For bank transfers, please allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
