• Delivery Timeline: Standard shipping within Pakistan takes 2 to 4 working days.
• Promotions & Sales: Please note that during major sales, events, or promotional campaigns, your order delivery may face slight delays.
• Courier Services: We partner with multiple trusted courier networks across Pakistan to provide reliable Cash on Delivery (COD) services to your doorstep.

As per the mandatory terms and conditions set by courier companies in Pakistan, customers are strictly not permitted to open the package before making the full cash payment.

• Please do not request or force the delivery rider to open the parcel prior to payment, as this violates national courier policies.
• Your legal right as a customer to inspect, return, or exchange the item activates only after the payment has been handed over and the delivery has been acknowledged.

If you wish to return or exchange your product after receiving it:

1. Complete the payment with the courier rider to accept the parcel.
2. Contact the Choices Store support team immediately to notify us of your return/exchange request.
3. Securely pack the item and ship it back to our warehouse. Please note that return shipping costs are borne at the customer's own expense.
